2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

• Only one account may be opened for personal use.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

299bid offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Only bets placed on games designated by 299bid will count toward the wagering calculation.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If any dishonesty is found in fulfilling the bonus terms, the bonus will be cancelled.

3.3 Other Promotions

Promotional offers run from time to time have their own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict with the general terms, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence. 299bid reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at 299bid can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
• Deposits using a third party's payment account are prohibited.
• Notify the support team of any technical issues encountered during a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests must be made to the payment method registered on the account.

• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be limited until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 299bid are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are not currently supported.

5.1 General Betting Terms

The 299bid platform offers live betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as slots and live casino games. The outcome of all bets is determined according to the rules of the relevant game.

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 299bid reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds or information are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled for unforeseen reasons, the staked amount for that bet will be returned to the balance.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any account found engaging in them will be immediately closed:

• Placing bets based on information related to corruption or match-fixing.
• Attempting to hack an account or use another person's account.

299bid may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registration with false information.
• Account fraud or fraudulent activities.
• An account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per the inactivity policy).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, notify our support team via live chat. Any withdrawable balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned, but bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.
